Our wigs are created with premium processed human hair.

Consider your lifestyle, desired length, color and cap construction. Choose a lace top for most natural lightweight breathable feel. Choose silk top for a less delicate and more durable wear. Choose bandfalls for easy, sporty, comfortable use.

Our wigs come pre-styled and ready to wear. We also offer customization services such as cutting , coloring and hairline customization

With proper care, our wigs can last up to 2 years or more.

Yes! Our wigs are designed for daily wear. With proper care, they’ll maintain their look and longevity.

We include care instructions with every purchase, read our "Care For Your Hair" book that is included with your wig purchase

Shipping & Delivery

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, all sales are final. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We are here to help.

If you are a customer who is not a resident of the USA, you will also be liable for any applicable tax/custom charges for your country of residence. This charge will not appear on our invoice and this will likely be payable upon receiving the item from the relevant national authority for your country of residence. Typically, this is in the region of 20% of the cost of your wig, however this will vary between countries. Please consider this when ordering your wig.

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders.

Yes, we offer installment options through platforms like Shop Pay, Klarna, or Afterpay. Just select your preferred option at checkout.

All our wigs come with a 30 day limited warranty.

What’s covered?
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect length, texture or color from what was ordered.

What's not covered?
- Damage caused by improper care , excessive heat styling, or chemical treatments (including dyeing or bleaching.
- Normal wear and tear (eg: shedding over time, lace wear or fading from sun exposure.)
- Unauthorized alterations or customizations done after purchase.
- Wigs that have been worn cut or styled

How to File a Claim:
- Contact us at Sales@esmewigs@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your wig.

- Provide your order number, photos of the issue, and a detailed description.

-We will evaluate your claim and let you know if it qualifies for repair, exchange, or store credit.

Note: All warranty claims are subject to approval. We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet warranty terms.
